Welcome to the water sports paradise of Marlee Acres. The intracoastal waterway beckons at the end of the street.
This is one of the few homes in the neighborhood that is centered on a double lot. With large live oaks in the front and other mature trees on the sides there is ample shade. The optional Marlee Acres Recreation Club contains a boat ramp and two piers and floating docks. There is no HOA in the neighborhood so there are no restrictions on renting the home. Renters are not allowed to access the Recreation Club area, but as a member you can still use the facility when you visit.
There is a membership transfer fee of $500.00 and the yearly membership cost is only $400.00
